At Play Apparel, we want you to love your T-shirt! But if it doesn’t fit quite right or you’re just not feeling it, we offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days. Here’s the scoop:
THE PLAY APPAREL RETURN POLICY
What’s eligible? T-shirts purchased from our online store.
Timing? Let us know within **7 days of delivery**.
Condition? We can only accept returns if the tee is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.
If your tee doesn’t pass inspection—say, it’s been washed or damaged—we may need to send it back to you at your delivery cost. Items are inspected on arrival to ensure they meet our return standards.
Getting it to us: It’s up to you to make sure it arrives safely! Use a recorded and reliable delivery service, as we can’t process refunds for items lost in the mail.
Defective or Damaged Item? Don’t worry; we’ll offer you a replacement or full refund.
WHAT IF WE SENT THE WRONG THING?
Oops! If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll collect it, inspect it, and either send the right item (if available) or issue a refund.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR TEE

3. When It Arrives: Once your return is in good order, we’ll reach out with your options. For refunds, we’ll ask for your bank details for secure processing (typically 5–10 working days).
EXCHANGES
Need a different size, colour, or print? We’re happy to swap your tee if we have stock! Just follow the return steps above, and let us know you’d like an exchange.
